ANDRE DYERS
CEO

Andre Dyers is a registered Professional Engineering Technologist with 20 years of experience in civil infrastructure design, project management and construction delivery. As CEO of Nadeson, he has led projects across roads, stormwater, water and sewer services, housing, public facilities and transport infrastructure. His hands-on leadership, technical expertise and collaborative approach support coordinated, practical solutions from planning and design through procurement, construction supervision and delivery.

FALDI SAMAAI
NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Faldi Samaai is an accomplished development and project director with more than 38 years of engineering and project management experience, including over 25 years in senior leadership. A registered Professional Engineer and Professional Construction Manager, he has directed infrastructure, mixed-use, housing and commercial developments across South Africa. As a founding director of Nadeson, he combines technical rigour, executive leadership and a commitment to sustainable development.

AZIZ DESHMOOK
FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

Aziz Deshmook brings more than 30 years of experience in cost and management accounting, taxation and financial oversight. He holds a National Cost & Management Diploma and a Tax Diploma, combining strong technical knowledge with extensive practical experience. His approach is grounded in accuracy, integrity and attention to detail, supporting reliable financial management, informed decision-making and responsible business performance across the organisation and its projects.

BRUCE ERLANGSEN
DIRECTOR

Bruce Erlangsen is a professional civil engineer with more than 46 years of experience in infrastructure design, project delivery and contract administration. A University of Cape Town graduate, his portfolio spans major water, sewer, housing and roadworks projects across South Africa and internationally. He combines deep technical knowledge with practical leadership, guiding complex civil engineering projects toward sustainable, reliable and well-coordinated outcomes of lasting value.
