Conradie Park forms part of the Better Living Model and brings affordable, FLISP and market-related housing together within an integrated mixed-use development.

GRANDWEST HOTEL EXTENSION
The GrandWest Hotel Extension demonstrates Nadeson’s contribution to the delivery of technically coordinated hospitality environments within an established entertainment precinct.

This UCT student accommodation development provides approximately 600 housing units, supporting a substantial expansion of purpose-designed student living capacity.

01 / COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES
PORTSIDE BUILDING
Completed in 2014, Portside transformed Cape Town’s skyline as the city’s tallest building at approximately 139 metres. The 32-storey commercial tower combines premium office space with environmentally responsible design and achieved a 5-Star Green Star rating.

02 / RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
ROYAL ASCOT
Royal Ascot is a large mixed-use development created on the former Milnerton Racecourse. Comprising approximately 2,000 homes across around 20 secure residential precincts, together with commercial and recreational components, it demonstrates the coordination required to deliver an urban community at scale.

03 / ENTERTAINMENT
GRANDWEST CASINO
Opened in December 2000, GrandWest developed into one of South Africa’s largest integrated entertainment destinations. The 57-hectare precinct combines gaming, hospitality, dining, conferencing and major entertainment facilities within a complex, high-capacity public environment.

04 / TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE
KOEBERG INTERCHANGE
Completed in 2011, the Koeberg Interchange upgrade introduced elevated directional ramps while maintaining movement through a junction carrying approximately 200,000 vehicles daily. The project improved connectivity between the N1, M5 and Cape Town’s surrounding urban road network.

05 / TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE
SIBAYA INTERCHANGE
The Sibaya Interchange provides a strategically important connection between the N2 national route, the M27 and development along KwaZulu-Natal’s North Coast. It supports access to surrounding residential, commercial and tourism precincts within a rapidly developing regional corridor.

CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTRE — CTICC 1
Opened in 2003, CTICC 1 helped establish Cape Town as a major international conference and events destination. Its exhibition, conference and meeting facilities support major conventions, summits and public events within Cape Town’s Foreshore precinct. Nadeson’s involvement relates to CTICC 1.

SANDTON CONVENTION CENTRE
Opened in 2000, the Sandton Convention Centre offers approximately 22,000 square metres of flexible event space, with capacity for events of up to 10,000 people. Its exhibition halls, ballroom and meeting facilities accommodate major conferences, summits and international gatherings.

08 / COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
WATERWAY HOUSE
Located at the entrance to the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town, Waterway House is a premium commercial development shaped around connectivity, workplace quality and environmental performance. The building achieved a 5-Star Green Star SA Design rating and a 5-Star Green Star – Office As Built v1 certification, scoring 68 points.

09 / SUSTAINABLE HUMAN SETTLEMENT
WITSAND HUMAN SETTLEMENT
The Witsand Human Settlement was planned around an eco-focused town layout, with properties positioned to face north. This orientation supports passive heating and cooling while improving energy efficiency. The project received an American Academy of Environmental Engineers award.

10 / WATERFRONT INFRASTRUCTURE
V&A WATERFRONT PROJECT
Rooted in Cape Town’s historic working harbour, the V&A Waterfront has developed into one of Africa’s most visited mixed-use destinations, receiving approximately 25 million visits annually. Its commercial, tourism, cultural and public infrastructure operates within an active waterfront environment of major heritage and economic importance.

11 / EVENT INFRASTRUCTURE
CAPE TOWN FORMULA E STREET CIRCUIT
Cape Town hosted Africa’s first Formula E World Championship race in February 2023 on a 2.921-kilometre street circuit through Green Point. The high-speed circuit produced the fastest lap recorded in Formula E history at the time, with an average speed of 154.987 km/h.

BLUEBERRY HILL HOUSING PROJECT
Located on a 75-hectare site in Blue Downs, Cape Town, the Blueberry Hill Housing Project is a major affordable housing scheme delivered through a public-private partnership. Backed by a capital allocation of more than R189 million for the 2025/26–2027/28 period, it aims to unlock residential stock and deliver essential civil and electrical infrastructure.

Nadeson’s education-sector work supports the creation and continued development of safe, functional spaces for teaching and learning. The Bloem Water Master Plans support the long-term planning, management and development of essential water infrastructure. Coordinated assessment and infrastructure planning help identify future requirements, strengthen service resilience and guide sustainable investment in critical water systems.
